I am an educator turned instructional designer, with 5 years of experience working with learners and stakeholders. I have a MA in Educational Technology, where I learned how to utilize different authoring tools while applying learning theories to my pieces of training. This was further supplemented by my experience in the classroom. As a former educator, I am cognizant of the fact that everyone learns in their own way.

On two separate occasions, I was responsible for creating new curricula from scratch, complete with assessments and differentiation. I also have experience in translating existing curricula into the current virtual learning environment.

What I love about eLearning is that I can unleash my creativity into my projects while being mindful of the audience. Applying appropriate tools to reach learners on a new level while achieving learning objectives is an immense responsiblity. It is a role I am ready to take on.

My passion for learning is evident in my everyday beliefs. Learning something new every day, no matter how small, allows us to grow and become better workers, therefore, better people.
